Job Description

Nawy Real Estate is seeking a talented 3D Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and visualizations of architectural designs, enabling clients and stakeholders to experience projects before they are built.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop 3D models and renderings for various residential and commercial projects.

• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project specifications and requirements.

• Use 3D design software such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar tools to produce high-quality visualizations.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency in designs while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

• Assist with the preparation of presentation materials, including images and animations for client meetings.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in architectural visualization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Architect or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and processes.
• Excellent visual, graphic, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
