Administrative Assistant (Concierge)
$15.00 per hour | Part Time | Weekends

What You'll Do: 

• Be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors—greeting everyone with professionalism and warmth
• Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
• Handle documentation and coordinate communication between departments
• Help maintain a positive and organized front office environment

What You'll Need: 

• Must be 21 years or older
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-line phone use
• Proficiency with standard office systems and technology
• A friendly, professional demeanor—especially when handling reception responsibilities
• Ability to work within a senior living environment- preferably experience with elders with Alzheimer’s disease and/or dementia
