A&P Aircraft Mechanic – Immediate Openings

Location: Indianapolis, IN & Zionsville, IN

Pay: $30–$40/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Mostly Day Shift (Some 2nd Shift)

Aerotek is actively hiring A&P‑licensed Aircraft Mechanics for several immediate, hangar‑based openings in the Indianapolis area, including locations in Indianapolis and Zionsville (just north of Indianapolis) . These roles are moving quickly, with Monday starts available once onboarding is complete.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting in a hangar environment
• Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Accurately document maintenance actions and discrepancies
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to support aircraft readiness

Requirements

• Active A&P License (required)
• 2+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
• Must provide own tools
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and comply with safety standards

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Zionsville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.
