Earn $21/hour + weekly and/or monthly performance bonuses  delivering Amazon packages in a fast-paced, active role with a locally owned company focused on team culture and growth. FastMile Logistics (FAMI) is a locally owned and operated Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) launching in Rochester, NY. We are building a high-performance delivery team focused on safety, consistency, and customer experience.

Job Description

As a Delivery Associate (Non-CDL) , you will safely operate an Amazon-branded delivery vehicle, deliver packages, and interface with customers daily in your assigned route.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely drive and operate a delivery vehicle at all times
• Deliver 200–250+ packages per day based on assigned routes
• Load and organize packages for efficient delivery
• Use a handheld device for navigation and delivery confirmation
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
• Work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment

Schedule: Daytime shifts

• 4-5 days per week
• Up to 8–10 hours per day
• 1 Weekend Day required

Qualifications

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful Delivery Associates enjoy being out on the road, put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction. 

We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the Company

• Military veterans are welcome!
• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus , but not mandatory
• As we grow, supervisory roles will be available
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license (non-CDL required)
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to remain active throughout the day, including walking several miles , lifting packages up to 50lbs, and working in various weather conditions
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
