We are seeking an Associate Creative Director to join our brand creative team with a focus on our toy brands, reporting directly to the Head of Brand Creative-Toys. This role is critical in helping to shape the future of our iconic portfolio of toy brands. Without blinking, you’ll lead our brands into bold, unexpected new territories. All of this with a goal of creating meaningful brand experiences for our fans and consumers across the globe.

 

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI

 

A day in the life as an Associate Creative Director:

  • Develop creative vision for our brands with an eye for executional craft and best practice across all deliverables (packaging, retail, e-commerce, marketing, events, social, etc).
  • Partner with brand marketing and commercial teams, product design and development and our global team of creatives to translate marketing strategies into brand ideas that cut through the noise and inspire action across every channel.
  • Lead brand creative projects from concept through execution with the ability to direct the work of cross-functional team members across the globe.
  • Mentor and provide leadership for a team of art directors and graphic designers.
  • Inspire internal and external stakeholders with persuasive presentation of ideas.
  • Demonstrate a curiosity to stay on top of emerging trends, while keeping the pulse of creative and toy industry shifts
  • Quickly become an expert with our brands and products with an eye on the future of play

 

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising or design (BFA in graphic design preferred)
  • 8+ years of creative agency or brand-side experience.
  • A body of work that proves your thinking, not just your styling.
  • Fluency across channels, with a love for where digital, physical and cultural storytelling intersect.
  • Curiosity about what’s next, especially in tech, AI and new modes of creative expression.
  • A positive attitude with a “get-stuff-done” mindset.
  • Experience in CPG, toys or brands that live in both retail and culture a major plus.

The base salary range for this position is $107,300.00 to $160,900.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
