Job Description

Ember & Ash, a live-fire restaurant on East Passyunk Avenue, is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and bar team. This role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all bar operations, inventory, ordering, and costing
• Develop and execute a seasonal cocktail program aligned with our culinary vision
• Train, schedule, and lead bartenders with a focus on guest experience
• Collaborate with the chef and management team on pairings, specials, and events
• Maintain compliance with liquor laws and safety standards

Who You Are:

• 3+ years bartending experience, 1+ years in a leadership or management role
• Deep understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, and bar trends
• Skilled in organization, communication, and team development
• Brings warmth, professionalism, and a sense of hospitality to every shift
