The Role
This is a full-time, on-site leadership role for a Bar Manager responsible for overseeing all bar operations, driving beverage program success, and leading staff performance in a fast-paced, high-end dining setting.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- 5+ years bar management experience required
- Proven leadership experience managing high-volume teams
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems and cost control practices
- Experience with scheduling, hiring, and staff development
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

Core Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily bar operations and team performance
- Manage hiring, scheduling, coaching, and staff accountability
- Maintain weekly inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Oversee bar standards, vendor relationships, and supply purchasing
- Develop beverage programs and monitor profitability
- Ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety standards
- Monitor service quality and overall guest satisfaction
