Dialog Cafe in West Hollywood is looking for an experienced Barista to join our high-volume, quality-driven team. We’re located at 8766 Holloway Dr. and are seeking someone who takes pride in craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely enjoys taking care of guests.
Availability for closing shifts and weekends is required.
Third-wave coffee experience is required.
What You’ll Do:Prepare hot and cold beverages to Dialog standards
Dial in and calibrate espresso throughout service
Execute consistent, high-quality latte art
Prepare smoothies according to company recipes
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Deliver warm, professional, and thoughtful guest service
Proven barista experience in third-wave coffee
Strong espresso calibration skills
Confident latte art execution
Reliable attendance and high integrity
Excellent attention to detail
Clear, calm, and professional communication
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume cafe
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Willingness to follow direction, ask questions, and grow with the team
Valid California Food Handler’s Card
$21/hour + tips
