Business Analyst Associate

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Systems Consultant Associate to support senior leadership in gathering stakeholder input, analyzing complex information, and developing actionable documentation that informs critical business decisions.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong writing, analytical, and stakeholder engagement experience - especially within public sector or government environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews with executives, program managers, and subject matter experts
Synthesize qualitative & quantitative data into clear reports and memos
Develop business cases and recommendations
Translate complex technical or policy information into accessible communications
Support project planning and implementation
Assist with research, data gathering, and analysis
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Business, Public Administration, Policy, Communications, or related)
Experience conducting stakeholder interviews
Strong business case development experience
Excellent written communication skills
Strong critical thinking & analytical skills
Professional presence when interacting with senior officials
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
Internship or coursework in consulting / business analysis
Experience synthesizing research into written deliverables
Familiarity with government or public sector operations
