State-wide Workday HCM implementation for 70,000 employees, replacing PeopleSoft HCM.
Focus areas: Talent (Recruiting & Performance), Compensation, Benefits, Core HR.
Map and validate legacy HR data (PeopleSoft Workday)
Identify and resolve data conversion issues
Develop and execute test plans & test scripts
Support system enhancements and maintenance
Create user guides and documentation
Provide end-user training and system support
Strong data analysis skills
Advanced MS Excel
SQL or similar data tools
Experience with HRIS systems
Clear documentation & communication skills
4+ years HRIS implementation/admin experience
Experience in large-scale data conversion
Workday HCM implementation/support
PeopleSoft HCM experience
Public sector project experience
