Position: Call Center Representative

Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers providing exceptional customer service and assisting with inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Process customer orders payments and returns
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
- Keep records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings and weekends
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
