Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Deliver proofs and completed print orders to customers
Ability to safely operate a delivery van and follow all FSU Transportation guidelines
Strategize and plan delivery routes to maximize efficiency
Follow all procedures for Print Job Paperwork
Log Completed Print Jobs out of Customer Log and take to Campus location for Invoicing
File Invoiced and paid Print Job paperwork into Archived system
Follow cleaning and maintenance procedures for the Delivery Van
Put away paper deliveries daily
Assist in Quality Control check as needed
Assist in print and print finishing work as needed
Weekly cleaning of print area including print office

Ability to use tact and diplomacy to maintain harmonious relationships with customers in person and over the phone.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Other Skills and Abilities:

Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Clean driving record and drivers license.
