Join our Medical Marijuana Clinic as a Chat Support Clerk and play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience through timely and compassionate online communication. As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for patients via chat, helping to guide them through their inquiries with professionalism and care.

Key Objectives

  • Deliver prompt, clear, and empathetic responses to patient inquiries through chat platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about medical marijuana treatments, clinic services, and appointment scheduling.
  • Support the clinic’s mission by fostering a positive and informative online experience for all patients.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient questions and concerns via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist patients with appointment bookings, follow-ups, and general clinic information.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to relevant team members when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and clinic privacy policies at all times.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health, wellness, or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or chat support, preferably within healthcare or wellness industries.
  • Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional under pressure.

  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and chat management tools.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and data security.
