Woodfield Boca Raton, is looking for an outgoing, energetic, and hospitality-driven professional who enjoys the art of service. Our Concierge will provide an excellent member experience and ensure a positive first and last impression to Members/Guests by offering prompt, professional and courteous service. 

Responsibilities to include but not limited to: answering phones, booking reservations, knowledge of all events taking place at the club and building relationships. Due to our commitment to members our Concierge must be willing to work flexible hours, which may include weekends and holidays. This position requires excellent communication and computer skills. 
REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior member service experience in the hospitality industry, required
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, required
• Excellent service presentation and communication skills
• Strong computer skills
