This role will play a critical part in leading creative teams and clients as we build out campaigns designed for every medium - from social forward campaigns and out of home, to television spots and Super Bowl commercials (we’ve had 4 of them now!).

The ideal candidate communicates effectively across departments, synthesizes and contextualizes insight-driven intuition, constructively iterates on creative concepts, and believes in the effectiveness of a distinct and engaging brand.

Your work must not just be beautiful, but have led to tangible results for brands. We are looking for creatives who understand how to create work that gets noticed, not just by industry professionals, but by customers who buy. We believe awards are great, but sales are even better. 

You will lead a creative team and collaborate closely with ACDs, design, social, production, and other internal teams in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects and priorities. It’s imperative that you have the ability to analyze creative across different clients, take the best of the best from how each content is performing, and create strategies and ideas that produce results.

The Gig: Creative Impact and Ownership

  • Strategic Creative Visionary: Transform client challenges into forward-thinking creative strategies that don't just solve problems, but set new benchmarks for brand innovation and market leadership.
  • The Big Idea Generator: Be the driving force behind "unskippable" advertising, fusing gut instinct with data to consistently create content and moments across all channels.
  • Performance Catalyst:
    • Data-Driven Artistry: Use deep consumer insights, channel analytics, and competitive trends to develop and execute strategic campaigns that drive measurable performance.
    • Trend Hunter: Continuously evaluate the latest marketing techniques and content insights to identify growth opportunities and keep strategies ahead of the curve.
  • The Creative Engine:
    • Content Alchemist: Oversee the entire content creation lifecycle, streamlining procedures with Creative and Production to optimize development across strategy, creative concepting, design, and production.
    • Team Synergy: Partner closely with Creative, Production, and Design leaders to ensure all creative output is exceptional, well-crafted, and designed to sell.
    • Brainstorm Black Belt: Lead high-energy brainstorming sessions, providing daily, decisive feedback and direction to keep brand executions fresh, relevant, and breakthrough.
  • Leadership & Culture Steward:
    • Raindrop Leader: Manage and grow our Creative Leads, embodying and championing the Raindrop culture and vision.
    • Client Leader: Be able to build trust quickly with client partnership through warmth and competence.
    • Agency Strategist: Serve as a key strategic thought partner across the entire agency, driving motivation and collaborating on essential culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in advertising 
  • Articulate, organized, and well accustomed to a client-facing role
  • Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
  • Agency and/or in-house marketing experience
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with project management and creative tools such as ClickUp, Figma, Google Drive, etc.
