• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

ROLE IMPACT

This role ensures accurate and timely processing of virtual inventory for drop-ship orders within the organization’s ERP system. Success is defined by precise order validation, clean data entry, and consistent reconciliation across invoices, purchase orders, and shipment records. This position directly supports order integrity, billing accuracy, and downstream fulfillment operations.

• Key Responsibilities

• Process virtual inventory for drop-ship orders within the ERP system.

• Verify order accuracy, including part numbers and pricing, against invoices.

• Confirm purchase order generation, aligner case accuracy, and RC number creation.

• Perform shipper maintenance, PO maintenance, and receipt processing in Net UI, one line item at a time.

• Save and track completed transactions in Smartsheet.

• Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to read, understand, and follow standard procedures and work instructions.

• Basic math, logic, and computer skills, including email and spreadsheets.

• Core Tools & Systems

• ERP systems (order entry, inventory, purchase orders)

• Net UI (Shipper Maintenance, PO Maintenance)

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Smartsheet

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in order processing, inventory coordination, or data entry.

• Experience working in a remote, process-driven environment.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy across repetitive tasks.
