LaSalle Network is partnering with a fast-growing nonprofit organization to hire a Data Entry Specialist . In this role, you will support the Supply Chain team by managing high-volume donor receipt data and ensuring accurate information flow across internal systems.
Data Entry Specialist Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor a shared inbox daily and manage incoming receipt files
• Run automated and manual data uploads into NetSuite ERP
• Identify, correct and reprocess data errors within the system
• Download and manipulate CSV and Excel files to update or correct information
• Maintain organized tracking of uploaded files and actions taken
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve data discrepancies
Data Entry Specialist Requirements:
• 2+ years of data entry, data processing or administrative experience
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, SUMIF and basic lookup functions
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive workflows
• Problem-solving ability to identify and correct discrepancies
• Comfortable working with high volumes of data in a fast-paced environment
• ERP experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation: $23–$25 per hour.
