Job Description

Are you a results-driven sales leader who thrives on building teams, winning new business, and expanding enterprise client partnerships? Diverse Staffing Services is seeking a Staffing Services Director to own market growth by driving new business development, increasing market penetration, expanding existing client relationships, and leading a high-performing branch team across the Fort Worth, TX market .

This is a high-impact leadership role for a producer-minded leader, offering a competitive base salary of up to $90,000 annually , aggressive performance incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to reward growth and results.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide overall leadership for branch operations, ensuring service excellence and compliance with client SLAs.
  • Develop and expand business with both new and existing clients, focusing on long-term “customer for life” relationships.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage branch teams to achieve recruiting, sales, and financial goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to design streamlined delivery processes that enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Manage budgets, branch financial performance, unemployment claims, and workers’ compensation costs.
  • Oversee recruiting strategies, sourcing pipelines, candidate onboarding, and compliance activities.
  • Drive business development efforts through prospecting, networking, and client visits.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience within the light industrial staffing industry, including multi-location oversight preferred.
  • At least 3 years of proven leadership experience with direct responsibility for team management, coaching, and employee development.
  • Minimum of 3 years of new business development experience within the staffing industry.
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue through consultative sales strategies and long-term client partnerships.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms; strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings, job fairs, networking and recruitment events.
