Class A CDL Driver – Home Daily! Location: Athens, TN
Type: Direct Hire (Permanent)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (Based on experience)

This isn't just a "gig"—it’s a permanent home for a driver who values consistency, local routes, and a steady schedule. You will be hauling materials to Knoxville and Chattanooga and back, ensuring you are home every single night.
What You’ll Do
- Local Routes: Transport materials safely between Athens, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.
- Predictable Hours: Enjoy a standard 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM work clock.
- Equipment Handling: Operate tractor-trailers (including manual shifts) with precision and care.
- Safety First: Maintain logs and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.

Responsibilities
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience is required.
- Technical Skill: Must be proficient and comfortable driving a manual shift tractor-trailer.
- Reliability: A clean MVR and a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Location: Must be able to commute to the Athens, TN terminal daily.
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
Skills
- Manual Truck Operation (2 years of experience is preferred)
- Roll Off Operation
