Responsibilities
Resume required, HAND SOLDERING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. RbM Services, a locally owned medical device solution provider in Tennessee's Technology Corridor, is seeking an innovative Complex Electronic Assembler to join its growing team. Operating out of a clean, climate-controlled facility, this role focuses on high-quality, non-repetitive work including mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly, through-hole and SMT soldering, and product testing. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who can strictly follow work instructions, maintain accurate paperwork, and perform rework on printed circuit board assemblies. This position offers a competitive wage of $25 per hour with standard shift options of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. To qualify, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, alongside proven soldering skills and prior experience in an electronic circuit board manufacturing or assembly environment. Upon transitioning to a permanent full-time employee, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, a 401(k) plan, PTO, and 10 paid holidays.
