Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Employee Assistance Professional (EAP) to join our team in an embedded role within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in employee assistance programs, workplace mental health, and crisis intervention, while demonstrating empathy, adaptability, and a solutions-focused approach. This role requires travel, the ability to train and educate employees and leaders, and the capacity to respond effectively to both individual and organizational challenges.
Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Employee Assistant Program Representative, or Employee Assistant Program Representative Senior.
