I. Job Responsibilities:
1. Teach English speech and debate courses for 8-18-year-old teenagers in English.
2. Tutor and lead students to participate in English speech and debate competitions.
3. Develop, adjust and create teaching materials based on students' situations and the company's curriculum system.
4. Participate in English proficiency interviews for students and evaluate and provide suggestions on their English proficiency.
5. Conduct one-on-one parent meetings at the end of the semester with the consulting teacher.
II. Requirements for Position:
1. Bachelor's degree or above; having a study background from an overseas renowned university is preferred.
2. Standard and fluent English speaking, strong reading and writing skills, excellent English proficiency.
3. Work experience: 1-3 years of teaching experience in primary and secondary schools.
4. Professional background: Experience in English speech, especially in provincial-level or above debate competitions, and achieving provincial, national or international competition results; or having experience as a judge in important competitions.
5. Proficient in operating office software, especially PPT.
6. Cheerful and passionate personality, love for English teaching, lively and enthusiastic teaching style, good at getting along with children.
III. Working Hours:
1. Working days: Wednesday to Sunday: 13:00 - 21:00 (During holidays, there will be no class hours or work arrangements, and you can take compensatory leave.)
2. Weekends off, regular Monday and Tuesday off. In special circumstances, you can also take off on weekends when there are no class hours. Extra work can apply for overtime.
IV. Compensation and Benefits:
1. Monthly salary: 15K - 25K per month, determined based on the background of the debate competition, language ability, and teaching ability.
2. Annual salary: Monthly salary + performance bonus (similar to 14th salary: once every half year, the maximum performance bonus is 115% of the monthly base salary. The performance can have indicators such as fitness, reading, mountain climbing, etc.), the average monthly income per year ranges from 15K to 30K.
3. Purchase of social insurance upon entry, supplementary commercial medical insurance and accident insurance upon promotion.
4. 1 paid sick day per month.
5. Monthly full attendance bonus of 300 yuan (without any attendance irregularities).
6. 3k/month housing allowance for Chengdu and Wuhan, 5k/month for Shenzhen

7. Annual health checkup.
