Job Description

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to join a top media company in Bristol, CT. This role will run for 6 months with potential to extend and will be based in Bristol on a hybrid schedule (Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote)

• Pay Rate: $37.50/HR

Responsibilities:

• Plan large, high-profile events such as executive board meetings, on and off-site events with partners and team-building activities
• Conduct research, fact-check existing work, and prepare regular reports and summaries
• Create a multi-city travel itinerary, taking into account time zones, weather delays, traffic and fatigue levels
• Interface directly with other senior executives and their support teams
• Understand the day’s priorities so you can be strategic about how you direct phone calls
• Schedule conference rooms and meetings
• Draft letters and emails on behalf of your leaders

Required Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in media, entertainment, or a fast-paced corporate environment
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars across multiple executives, including prioritization and conflict resolution
• Experience coordinating multi-city travel logistics, including last-minute changes and detailed itineraries
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and calendar management systems
• Ability to interface effectively with senior leadership and external partners
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate executive needs
