Executive Personal Assistant & Lifestyle Manager

Location : Knoxville, TN (must already live in or near Knoxville—no relocation support)

Compensation : Competitive salary in the $48,000–$62,000 range (depending on your skills and fit), plus dental, vision, and life insurance

We're looking for a warm, reliable Executive Personal Assistant & Lifestyle Manager right here in Knoxville to team up with a busy local professional. This isn't about fancy titles or years of experience—it's about someone who really gets what this role is all about: being a trusted partner who handles the details so the principal can focus on the big picture.

What You'll Do (and love doing):

• Keep calendars, appointments, and schedules on track—making sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Handle travel plans, local outings, restaurant bookings, errands, and everyday logistics with ease
• Take care of personal tasks like coordinating home stuff, family schedules, shopping, appointments, and little surprises that make life nicer
• Be the friendly first point of contact—screening calls/emails, replying thoughtfully, and keeping communication clear and kind
• Pull together documents, track expenses, do quick research, and jump in on projects when needed
• Plan casual events, dinners, or personal activities—always with that thoughtful touch
• Stay one step ahead, solve small problems before they grow, and bring a positive, can-do energy every day
• Keep everything confidential—trust and discretion are non-negotiable

What We're Hoping to Find in You:

• Solid understanding of what an executive/personal assistant does (from past roles, even if not super long-term)
• Great references who can speak to your reliability, organization, and people skills
• Strong organizational instincts and the ability to juggle tasks without missing a beat
• Warm, professional communication—both written and spoken—and good judgment
• Comfortable with everyday tools like email, calendars, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and basic apps
• Flexible and happy to pitch in during evenings or weekends when things come up
• Already living in the Knoxville area with a valid driver's license and reliable car
• A proactive mindset and a genuine enjoyment of helping someone succeed
