Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and an ability to work independently while managing time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use.
• Manage floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions.
• Organize and manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently to ensure readiness for each job.
• Assist in housekeeping management tasks as required, ensuring all areas meet company standards.
• Occasionally assist with meal preparation or cooking if requested by clients.

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial or residential cleaning is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is a plus.
• Ability to perform floor care duties effectively, including carpet cleaning.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines.

This is an opening for 1 person or someone with a small team of cleaners as a W9 employee not a W2. This will give you a lot of freedom and is a great opportunity for anyone looking to fill gaps in their schedule or who want more control of their work/life balance. The pay is by job and can range from anywhere between $25-$35 an hour! You will need your own transportation and cleaning supplies.
