Inside Sales Representative | Hart, MI

Salary Range: $55,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and identify new sales opportunities for manufacturing products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers via phone and email.
• Prepare and present detailed product quotes and proposals for manufacturing solutions.
• Collaborate with outside sales, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for manufacturing equipment and services.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product specifications and applications.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Familiarity with technical specifications or manufacturing processes
• Previous sales experience within an industrial B2B environment
• Proficiency with advanced CRM functionalities or sales enablement platforms
