Salary: $109,000 - 132,000 per year Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Development, with at least 2 years in leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven expertise in handling Business Systems such as ERP, CRM, and Billing.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in Microsoft Dynamics; Salesforce experience will also be considered.
• Familiarity with Zuora and e-commerce/CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate technical strategies to C-suite executives.
• Bachelors degree (BA/BS) is required.

• Serve as the key driver for the improvement and upkeep of internal enterprise solutions, covering billing systems, subscription management, and support tools.
• Act as a liaison between internal departments and the technical team, gathering insights and requirements directly from colleagues in various business units.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including data flow diagrams, API specifications, database designs, and UI requirements, particularly for Angular-based environments, for use by engineering and QA teams.
• Establish the strategic direction for internal tools, prioritizing projects based on business value and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the execution of complex projects, including an important upcoming integration of ERP and e-commerce systems for our international branches.
