Kitchen Liaison | Hybrid position

Enclos is a fine dining restaurant located in downtown Sonoma. In June 2025 Enclos was awarded Two Michelin Stars, as well as the Michelin Green Star in recognition of our commitment to sustainability.

Enclos is seeking an experienced Kitchen Liaison. Applicants should have at least one year of experience in a similar restaurant role; however, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine team‑first mindset.

Position Overview

This is a hybrid kitchen and hospitality support role, assisting with daily food service operations in a fine dining environment. Responsibilities include supporting the kitchen and service teams while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest interaction.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Polishing and maintaining glassware to fine dining standards
• Assisting with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting produce)
• Supporting service through food running and pass setup
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and service areas
• Ensuring compliance with all health and food safety regulations
• Assisting with restocking supplies
• Helping with kitchen and service setup and breakdown before and after service
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a collaborative work environment
• Interacting with guests in a warm, professional, and hospitable manner
• Running food

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality (server, food runner, or similar role preferred)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand and move throughout the shift
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years of experience in upscale or fine dining preferred, but not required

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly motivated, passionate about hospitality, and takes pride in contributing to an elevated and memorable guest experience. While 2+ years of fine dining experience is preferred, a strong attitude and commitment to excellence are equally important.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full Time
• Wednesday–Saturday, dinner service only
• ~2:00 PM to close (approximately 12:00 AM)
• $25 per hour including tips
