Michelin Guide–recognized neighborhood restaurant Folk is hiring Line Cooks .
Folk is the second project from Philip Krajeck , chef-owner of Rolf and Daughters . Our food is rooted in seasonality and craft, with a menu highlighting local produce, regional ingredients, and naturally leavened pizza. We’re a casual, lively restaurant with a strong natural wine program and thoughtful cocktails.

What you’ll do
Execute a seasonal menu with consistency and care
Work closely with a small, collaborative team
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
Contribute positively to kitchen culture and service flow
