Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via live chat to provide assistance and support regarding transportation services
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring high-quality customer service
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate transportation solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries effectively

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
• Previous experience with live chat support is preferred
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and processes
