MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF MIG WELDER EXPERIENCE

Job Title: MIG Welder

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced MIG Welder to fill an opening at a manufacturing facility in the area.

Schedule: Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts, with some Saturdays required. Plenty of overtime available.

Starting Wage: $27.00/hr

Requirements for MIG Welder:

• Experience with GMAW (MIG) welding on carbon steel
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and weld symbols
• Availability to work extended shifts up to 10 hours and occasional Saturdays
• Additional shop or machinery experience is a plus
• Prior experience in roles such as MIG Welder, Fabrication Welder, Structural Welder, Production Welder, Shop Welder, or Manufacturing Welder is a big plus!

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on carbon steel components
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials using a tape measure and basic shop tools
• Read and follow drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
• Operate basic shop and fabrication equipment as needed
• Maintain consistent weld quality while meeting production requirements
• Work extended shifts and overtime as required, including some Saturdays
