职位描述
1、负责新进入市场的售后服务行情洞察,了解当地用户对服务的关注点;
2、负责新进入市场的经销商服务能力评估,商务合同谈判;
3、负责新市场开业服务能力准备,保障新产品成功上市;
4、对经销商提供备件、培训、索赔等各方面的支持与管理;
5、负责监督新经销商服务标准的导入及落地执行,并实施商务政策的考核;
6、负责经销商售后服务运营信息的收集及分析,提出改进建议并跟踪改进结果;
7、负责客户满意度的调查,反馈与提升,处理重大客户投诉,推动经销商服务能力的提升;
8、负责推广实施数字化,移动化,智能化的服务,引导服务模式的变革。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历,汽车、机械等相关专业;
2、8年以上汽车行业售后经验,5年以上海外区域售后服务管理工作经验;
3、英语流利,能接受base当地;
4、具备AI意识,且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
