What You'll Do:
Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons for preschool-aged children (3–5 years)

• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families
• Implement curriculum using Frog Street, Heggerty, and Pyramid Model practices
• Collaborate with a close-knit team in a positive, structured environment

What We're Looking For:
Experience in early childhood education (preschool preferred)

• A nurturing, energetic presence and genuine love for young learners
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate openly with families
• CDA, ECE degree, or willingness to pursue — we'll support you

Here We Grow Early Learning Center began over 23 years ago when our founder, JoAnne Albrecht, couldn’t find the quality care she wanted for her own children - so she created it herself. Today, we’re a trusted, growing community serving children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. In January 2026, we expanded with a second location, Coral Cove Childcare and Preschool, in partnership with the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium - providing their staff child care as an employee benefit while also welcoming families from the community.
