Compensation: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Overview

Its Arranged is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and high-energy Professional Organizer to join our team. In this role, you will be the “boots on the ground,” executing organizing projects on-site while ensuring spaces are transformed efficiently, thoughtfully, and to the highest standard. You’ll work closely with clients and team members to bring organizing plans to life and adapt as needed throughout each project.

Schedule & Pay Details

• Hours: Part-time with fluctuations based on project load, ranging from 10 to 30 hours per week . (Please note: there is no guarantee of hours in this position.)
• Availability: Candidates should be available between Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM .
• Travel: Work is performed in and around the Greater Nashville area, primarily in Williamson County . A daily travel allowance is provided for days worked to offset transit costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Organizing Projects: Implement organizing plans on-site, completing assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards for function and aesthetics and customer preferences.
• Document & Track Progress: Complete checklists, update customer documents, and capture before-and-after photos and upload to Google Workspace to maintain accurate project records.
• Coordinate & Communicate: Work closely with clients and team members to provide updates, resolve issues, and adapt plans as needed in real time.
• Manage Time, Workflow & Tools: Monitor time, redirect work to stay on schedule, and ensure all necessary supplies and tools are brought to and used effectively on each project.
• Project Wrap-Up & Haul Away: Participate in end-of-session cleanup and the removal of donations, recyclables, and trash to leave spaces fully complete and client-ready.

Requirements

• Availability: Must be available during our core operating hours of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM .
• Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license, auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift/move items up to 30 lbs.
• Attributes: You are punctual, highly organized, and possess a "no task is too small" attitude.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to use basic navigation, project tools and communication apps (Slack, Google Maps, Google Workspace, etc.).
