Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within the healthcare sector
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in quality management tools and software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
