Competitive Pay Starting at $16.05/ hour ! The receptionist/concierge provides reception services to the entire community and must maintain a professional appearance/demeanor at all times. Mostly evening and weekend hours. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet residents, families and visitors in a polite, friendly manner
• Answer the main phone line and direct calls to the appropriate department
• Answer basic questions and give information about the community
• Direct guests to the appropriate area
• Assist with resident needs and requests
• Assist with clerical duties as needed

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with supervisor, team members, residents, and families
• Basic telephone etiquette and office equipment skills
• Ability to work independently
