Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval) Can submit with pending license but must have WV RDCS - Adult license active to start assignment RTO Restrictions: None, must be included on profile at the time of submittal Guaranteed Hours: 40 Certifications Required: BLS; ACLS Special Procedures/Unit Details: Angiogram, Fistulogram, Permacath, EVAR, TCAR, TAVR, MitraClip, Mechanical Thrombectomy, Embolization Patient Diagnoses: CKD, CAD, PAD, PVD,CAD, Stenosis, AAA, Stroke, Aneurysm Submission Requirements: Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF.
