Restoration Technician – We Train!!

United Water Restoration is growing! We are searching for a  Restoration Technician  to our motivated team of water and mold restoration & remediation professionals! If you are an energetic professional with a focus on achievement, we want to talk to you!  We are a locally owned restoration business looking for that person that can help be a part of our growth within the market.

Ideal candidate will strive to become IICRC certified through learning from team members.

Essential functions of the position:

• Hard-working, punctual, organized, & professional appearance
• Ability to follow directions
• Follow IICRC standards to remediate and restore buildings damaged by water, mold, and/or other emergencies that lead technician provides
• Professional demolition of affected building materials
• Working and communicating clearly with team members, administrators, and insurance personnel to provide solutions to customers
• Daily documentation of completed job tasks within UWRG software applications to ensure total documentation of all services performed
• Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold

Leadership skills

• Hard-working, punctual, organized, & professional appearance
• Able to work independently and be self-motivated
• Available for emergency service calls which may include some evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet customer demand through on on-call schedule
• Detail oriented and committed to quality work and documentation

Basic Requirements:

• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving history
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs. of equipment/materials on a regular basis
• Knowledge of technology (iPhone, iPad)
• Customer Service experience
