Salary: $89,300 - 178,135 per year Requirements:

• We require experience with requirements management platforms such as 1LMX, DOORS Next Gen, or LeanIX.
• We need a strong grasp of requirements engineering practices and lifecycle management.
• We look for proficiency in modeling approaches including UML, SysML, and DoDAF.
• We prefer familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and Cameo models.
• You must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• We value experience in aerospace, defense, or other advanced technology environments.
• Agile or Scrum exposure for iterative requirements development is a plus.
• We seek strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently or within cross-functional teams.

• We capture business needs, constraints, and performance criteria, then assess gaps against our current 1LMX RMS capabilities.
• We develop functional specifications, use cases, and user stories aligned with our enterprise architecture standards.
• We ensure traceability from business objectives through detailed requirements and verification criteria.
• We configure and adapt 1LMX RMS to support requirements, including taxonomy, workflow, and change control processes.
• We define testable verification criteria and partner with verification engineers to confirm requirements are satisfied.
• We maintain a centralized repository of requirement artifacts, version histories, and rationale documents.
• We prepare status updates, traceability matrices, and risk assessments for senior leadership.
• We identify ways to simplify the requirements lifecycle and drive continuous process improvement.
• We collaborate across product teams, Cross-BA teams, stakeholders, and SEIT leadership to deliver digital architecture solutions.
• We support the integration of digital solutions across engineering and operations domains and help teams adopt modern architectures.
