The Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive with a strong hunter mentality to drive growth for Strucial’s Staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) offerings.

This is not a maintenance or farming role. You will be responsible for opening doors, building pipeline from scratch, and closing new business in a startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own new logo acquisition for Staffing and RPO services
  • Prospect, qualify, and build pipeline across SMB and mid-market clients
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles (cold outreach → deal close)
  • Position Strucial’s value beyond traditional staffing (speed, quality, AI leverage)
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline to hit revenue targets
  • Collaborate with founders and delivery teams to shape offerings based on market feedback
  • Help define early GTM strategy, messaging, and pricing

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 5–10 years of experience in staffing, RPO, or talent solutions sales
  • Proven hunter track record (consistent new business acquisition)
  • Experience selling into HR, Talent Acquisition, or Operations leaders
  • Strong ability to prospect, cold-call, and create pipeline independently
  • Comfortable working in a startup / ambiguous environment

Ideal Profile

  • Has sold Staffing + RPO deals (ideally both)
  • Experience in offshore / global delivery models
  • Understands shift from FTE-based selling → outcome/value-based selling
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; wants to build—not just sell

What Success Looks Like

  • Build a high-quality pipeline within first 60–90 days
  • Close first deals within 3–6 months
  • Establish Strucial as a credible provider in modern staffing/RPO
  • Contribute to shaping repeatable GTM motion
