Duration: 2 Months+ (Contract)
We are looking for a high-octane Contract Recruiter/Sourcer to join our team for a focused, 2-3 month engagement. If you are the type of recruiter who lives in LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, knows how to unearth passive talent, and prides yourself on a "ready-to-hire" pipeline, we want to talk to you.
This isn’t a "sit back and wait for applicants" role. This is an aggressive sourcing sprint where you will handle a diverse mix of both high-volume hourly roles and specialized salaried positions.
What You’ll Do:
- Sourcing: Hunt for top-tier talent across LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and alternative channels. You aren't afraid to dig deep to find the right fit.
- Full-Funnel Management: Own the top of the funnel. You’ll handle initial outreach and conduct rigorous phone screens to ensure only the best candidates reach our internal team.
- Data-Driven Execution: You’ll provide weekly transparency into your "engine." We look at the numbers that matter: Total Outreaches, Screens Conducted, and Submissions.
- Rapid Prioritization: Pivot seamlessly between high-volume hourly requisitions and niche salaried roles without losing momentum.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven Sourcing DNA: You have 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment with a heavy emphasis on sourcing.
- Platform Mastery: You are an expert-level user of LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- The "Hustle" Factor: You have a "hit the ground running" mentality and can deliver results starting Day 1.
- Communication Skills: You are a pro at "selling" an opportunity during a phone screen and can write compelling outreach that actually gets a response.
