Position Overview
Tekgo is seeking experienced PRN Flex Sterile Processing Technicians to support multiple healthcare facilities within Chicago’s Lower Downtown Medical District . This role is ideal for professionals who are comfortable floating between facilities , are highly adaptable, and are well-versed in both sterile processing and endoscope reprocessing .
Key Responsibilities
-Perform all aspects of sterile processing: decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and distribution
-Execute endoscope reprocessing in compliance with AAMI, AORN, and facility standards
-Float between facilities as assigned within the medical district
Communicate effectively with OR and clinical teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 Years Sterile Processing Technician experience (required)
-Hands-on endoscope reprocessing experience (required)
-CRCST, CSPDT, or equivalent certification required
-Strong knowledge of instrumentation, IFUs, and sterilization processes
-Ability to adapt quickly to different workflows and facility protocols
-Availability for PRN, on-call, and flexible shifts
-We offer flexible work schedules, but we prefer our on-demand team members to work at least one eight hour shift every four weeks.
-You must work at least one shift within 5 months to remain in our flexible talent pool.

-Floating between facilities within the Lower Downtown Medical District
