What You’ll Do This is a custom build role. You aren’t just running beads on a line; you are building highly engineered stainless steel machinery from the ground up.
- Dual-Process Welding: Perform high-purity TIG (GTAW) and structural MIG (GMAW) welding on stainless steel.
- Precision Fabrication: Read and interpret complex blueprints and 3D technical drawings.
- Layout & Math: Use shop mathematics to calculate angles and fitments for custom hoppers, pumps, and thermal systems.
- Sanitary Excellence: Ensure all welds meet "food-grade" standards—smooth, non-porous, and built for performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years of TIG and MIG welding, specifically with Stainless Steel.
- Technical Skill: Must be able to read blueprints and manage your own project timelines.
- Physicality: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing).
- Reliability: A "measure twice, cut once" mindset with a focus on quality.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: - Precision Welding: Utilize both TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) techniques to build premium stainless steel equipment.
- Custom Fabrication: Read and interpret technical plans, blueprints, and 3D models to build machinery from the ground up.
- Technical Problem Solving: Apply mathematics to determine layout, designs, and maintenance needs for complex systems.
- Quality & Safety: Perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure every weld meets "sanitary-grade" standards for global food brands.
- Collaboration: Effectively communicate with the team to ensure projects are completed with the highest level of performance and quality.
