Job Description

Position Summary: Valet Drivers must integrate Aramark’s values to serve with passion and the ICARE Values consistent with The Methodist Hospital Policies (HR01).  Under the direct supervision of the ramp supervisor, this position will perform according to established procedures a variety of valet duties to maintain a high quality of service that meets and exceeds the company code of conduct.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain all assigned loading areas in a clean and neat manner.
• Maintains vehicles in the same condition or state that the owner trusts them to our care.
• Follows the valet policies and procedures, including conducting a detailed inspection of the customer vehicle.
• Will maintain responsibility for money handling as assigned by Supervisor in a fair and ethical manner.  
• Maintains responsibility for attendance and punctuality.
• Maintains responsibility to keep a neat and professional personal appearance adhering to the departmental and hospital dress code.
• Assists in enhancing productivity and efficient operations of the department.
• Promotes effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships, maintaining professional conduct at all times.
• Demonstrates commitment to professional growth and competence by adherence to departmental and company annual training commitments.
• Abides by State driver safety rules.
• All valet vehicles and, keys are to be secured at all times.
• Keycards are provided for utilization while on duty for sole purpose of parking customer’s vehicles.  
• Demonstrates the components of W.E.S.T
• Demonstrates and adheres to Aramark mission & vision to deliver experiences that matter
• Demonstrates the components of the ICARE values statement.  
• Complies with Aramark Safe Commitment, Safe Principles & Safe Responsibility
• Follow Business Conduct Policy at all times 

Qualifications

•    Must possess a valid driver’s license
•    Previous experience as a driver required
•    Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
