We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team at our facility in Long Beach, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and be able to effectively manage warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
• Develop and implement warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance goals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse management role
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management

• Forklift Licensed
