We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping Supervisor to lead daily shipping operations and support overall warehouse performance. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep both people and processes running smoothly.

This position is for 2nd shift Mon-Fri 8a-5p.  

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a leader who leads by example, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to keep a team engaged and productive while maintaining high accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse shipping operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time order fulfillment
• Lead and participate in inventory management meetings and help maintain accurate inventory control
• Set, monitor, and achieve daily operational goals
• Supervise, support, and motivate a team of up to 25 warehouse employees
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
• Work closely with other departments and upper management to coordinate workflow and resolve issues
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed at all times
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and team performance

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Warehouse and shipping experience required
• Forklift experience is a plus
