Job Summary:
ALL IN ONE Employment is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Specialist with forklift operation expertise to support daily warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory handling, accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a forklift operator (certification preferred or required)
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) consistently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and inventory tracking skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
• Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, lifting, and equipment operation

Schedule:

• Full-time 
• Overtime may be required based on workload
