Job Description

Weekend Receptionist

  • Carroll Gardens Real Estate Office
  • Brooklyn, NY
  • Saturdays & Sundays

A well-established real estate office is looking for a reliable, friendly Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy real estate office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, agents, and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Keep the front desk and common areas organized
  • Support agents and management as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, polished demeanor
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scanning)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior receptionist or office experience is a plus (but not required)

Schedule:

  • Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Hours: (9:00AM-5:00PM)
