Primary Responsibilities: Prepare monthly technologist schedules (MRI/CT/PET) to coordinate with current hours of operations to maximize workflow - including vacations, eTime issues, and related coveragePerform clinical exams as needed in chosen modalityOrganize/approve add on "stat" exams to maximize workflow within the departmentAssist Manager in development of clinical protocols for use within the entire practiceLead contact in the preparation and submission of all ACR accreditations in chosen modalitiesIndependently resolve issues and coordinate appropriate departmental resources (clerical, vendor, clinical) when needed to facilitate workflow. Follow up as neededMaintain daily contact with clinical supervisors/managersInform Manager on a daily basis of all departmental activities needing supervisory actionMaintain strictest confidentiality in all aspectsPerform other related duties assigned as necessaryYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public health, business administration, or related degree ARRT certification/licensure3+ years of experience as a technologist with three years supervisoryKnowledge of standard policies, procedures and protocols to supervise the department directlyKnowledge of radiology standards specifically MR and CT to evaluate work of technologistsProven ability to communicate clearly and professionally to all staff and physiciansProven excellent organizational skills and ability to function independently in all administrative aspects of the standard office-operating environment (typing, WORD, EXCEL etc.) Proven skill in developing and maintaining department quality assuranceProven ability to maintain a well-organized, clear, "thinking" approach to all systemsProven skill in identifying and resolving problems Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
