Tager Appliance Repair is Kansas City's Gold Award winner for Best Appliance Repair — and we're growing fast. We're looking for one experienced technician to join our team and hit the ground running.


This is not a job where you hunt for work. We generate more jobs than we can handle. You show up, you fix appliances, you go home. That's it.

**WHAT MAKES TAGER DIFFERENT**

• Your schedule is full — As a Technician you run a minimum of 5 jobs per day once trained, Monday through Friday

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and ranges
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Complete most repairs on the first visit
• Represent Tager with integrity in every home

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

• 2+ years appliance repair experience preferred
• Strong customer communication skills — this is non-negotiable
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Professional attitude and honest work ethic
• Mechanical or technical background considered if no appliance experience

**PAY & BENEFITS**

• $1,200 — $1,400/week average (commission + hourly)
• Guaranteed minimum during training
• Company vehicle + fuel card
• Paid training if needed
• No weekends or holidays
